“I have had an excellent experience with Josephine, she has a very calming, non-judgemental manner and is easy to open up to. The pace of the sessions was well matched to where I was at different times, she is good at sensing what you need at that moment (e.g. just to talk vs looking at specific CBT or other techniques/strategies). Importantly I have come away feeling that I have a toolkit that I can continue to use post therapy. I would not hesitate to recommend her to others. ”

“I have tried numerous therapists and therapies but from the moment I first spoke to Stephen, I knew this was different. I always trusted Stephen but didn't believe that I could ever be free of the pain and shame that I have carried for so long. Has it been easy, no, has it changed my life, yes yes yes!! The key points that really helped me were, the science, just understanding why I felt the way I did scientifically, not just because i'd suffered trauma, but what your body does during and after trauma, how we process it, how we live with it, how we bury it and most importantly how we get through it. The second most vital point for me is that Stephen didn't leave, I never felt judged and I never felt alone. Today I can truly say that I want to live, I really want to live and for me, nobody else. I'm not just surviving, I'm living. I have options, opportunities not reactions. It says leave a short review which is hard, but if you are reading this, you are looking for help and that is exactly what you will get. I would thoroughly recommend Stephen, just take that first step and hang in there. there is life after trauma, I just couldn't find it without help. ”

“I’ve currently been having therapy sessions with joe for a good few months now and the progress I believe I’ve made has changed me. I waited way to long for this and it didn’t disappoint. I went from a person that was shaking and so nervous to speak to a man and explain my feelings , to constantly rambling on about my day because someone like joe is willing to listen. He’s not only just there for you when you need him he actually gives great advice and alternatives and also things to work on which can be discussed in later sessions. I’ve never felt more like myself and I wish I started this sooner , I think joe in general is so calm and considerate and will adapt to any scenario you put him in. His life experiences and qualifications means he’s open and understanding of everything you talk about. I used to be afraid to open up to men and now because of Joe , I’m able to open up and finally be the person I’ve longed to be. It’s taken years of failed sessions to find one person who actually cares and is committed to what they do. I can only thank him for that!”

“Karen was very helpful. I had been pulling away from relationships due to childhood abandonment and abusive labels - feeling that people would reject me. I also had feelings of shame for being in this state as I am a businessman, 42! Karen listened without judgement and took me on a series of exercises that had a really fast impact. I found myself sighing out a lot of the anxiety and feeling deeply understood. She said the process would continue over the next 24 hours. I woke up experiencing the traumatic feelings coming out in sighs. I have booked in for more sessions. Special thanks to Karen. I wasn’t sure how to process these emotions but am now hopeful. ”
