I am sorry that you have felt the need to write such a negative review. Our sessions are online and the evidence of when our session started does not indicate 5 minutes late. Unfortunately, sessions can run over and I let everyone know, which I did in our case, as the message is stored online. I asked to meet an hour earlier the day before our next scheduled session as I had overlooked another appointment (which was personal). As you state, you were incredibly vulnerable and not even sure of whether you wanted to engage in regular therapy hence not committing to a regular weekly time yourself, which makes my scheduling difficult too. I cancelled your session in advance as I did not want you to get charged….. I tried to meet your needs and I am sorry that you feel I let you down. It is such a shame that you did not feel able to let me know personally despite our initial connection.
