Susanna has over 25 years experience working alongside children and adults from a variety of different backgrounds. She specialises in Anxiety and Depression but also a wide range of issues including Bereavement and Loss, Low Self-Esteem, Stress, OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder), relationship problems, families struggling with separation or divorce, unresolved childhood issues, PTSD and Phobias. She is committed to providing the best care for each client, no two people are the same so each session is designed on a individual basis around the client's needs.
Susanna has trained in a number of talking therapies including: Counselling, CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), NLP Master, Hypnotherapist and RTT (a form of hypnotherapy called Rapid Transformational Therapy).
Susanna works within the private sector and also alongside a number of charities including Royal Air Force Benevolent Fund, charity for civil servants and the award winning charity Anxiety UK as a well being assessor. She has worked with celebrity Chef's, news reporters, olympic gold medalists, MP's and high profile clients.
