“I started working with Josephine after the stress from my job resulted in burn out and problems with anxiety. I had never done therapy before, but I knew I needed a therapist who would not only be a listening ear but give me real practical help to overcome my problems and Josephine did exactly that. I found the methods Josephine taught me to be very helpful and effective in real life situations. She challenged my anxious thought patterns and helped me to see things from a different perspective. Josephine is very personable, I felt at ease straight away and completely comfortable discussing things with her. She is a fantastic therapist who really helps to solve your problems, not just listen to them. I hope to never need her services again but if I do, I wouldn't hesitate to book in with her and would highly recommend!”

“I was very pleased with my first session with Katrina. She skillfully elicited a lot information on the major issues I wish to address in therapy and gently suggested how some of these might be categorised in clinical terms without making any dogmatic assertions. As a consequence, I felt that I was being listened to as a whole person rather than being assigned to particular theoretical boxes. Katrina also put me in the driving seat when it came to deciding which style of therapy would suit me best, frequency of sessions, 'homework' etc. So far, I am very happy with my choice and am looking forward to getting started with therapy in the next couple of weeks.”

“Jason has been extremely helpful in initiating tough conversations that we were struggling to have on ur own. As a couple we have been empowered with proper tools on how to resolve issues that once felt to much for us to handle. He has been particularly helpful in advising us on how to work holistically as family including how to work better at raising our children which is honestly - priceless. As we are not based in the UK our sessions have been exclusively online, this hasn't hindered our growth at all. We look forward to our sessions and they often feel like a safe space to say a lot of what we have been holding back (Jason is great at prompting this) We would definitely recommend him to other couples especially those with young families. ”
