Antony has been really helpful in helping me to tackle a number of areas of difficulty for me, particularly around my communication and the need to set boundaries in relationships. This has helped me to understand more about my own thought processes, and why I may struggle with some of these areas. Antony is very receptive to listen to what you have to say, and is willing to challenge your perception of situations, and provide alternative view points.

We literally couldn't rate Antony higher. When we met with Antony originally, myself an my partner's relationships was very much on the rocks due to our underlying communication problems. So much so that we actually did take a break for a short amount of time after being together for 4 years. After then deciding to give this a second chance, we met with Antony. However, from the very start of our conversations together with Antony, he helped us to talk through problems that had been prevalent for in our relationship for years, probably deeply ingrained in us since our childhoods. We felt at ease and like a weight had been lifted, right from the very first session we had with him and were positive about improving our relationship for the first time ever, after both trying separate therapists/councillors in the past, to no real success. We had a couple of individual sessions with him to begin with, and then the majority of our sessions as a couple. Not only are we now communicating effectively, we honestly feel as though this is a completely different relationship. Now we've identified our flaws and understand how each other thinks and acts, we're much more able to work as a team and communicate effectively. It's honestly fixed our relationship. We're in a far better place than we have EVER been in the 4 years we've been together. So much so that we're now engaged! Antony has honestly given our relationship everything we needed, the tips, the key learnings, and the space and environment to talk openly and freely to each other, without things escalating into arguments. We only wish we'd met him sooner. Thank you so much Antony
