I have seen many therapists over the years, but none have been as effective as Ciro. I was beginning to lose hope in finding the right support until I started working with Ciro. He truly listens and provides thoughtful, practical advice. His approach to CBT is particularly impactful because he takes the time to fully explain the methods, making them not only understandable but also meaningful. I finally feel like I am making progress, and I am so grateful to have found a therapist who genuinely cares and makes a difference. I highly recommend him.
