Thanks to Enfys I feel like myself again. She has wonderful energy and understanding, and is also a great teacher. Her approach is extremely practical and solution focused and very quickly she has given me back the confidence, perspective and joy that I thought would be a struggle to regain. Enfys explains the mind brilliantly and the practical exercises she shares have, in my experience, been great at healing and restoring it.

Working with Enfys was such a pleasure. I haven't had the most positive experience with therapy before and was therefore doubtful and nervous about trying it again, but my time with Enfys has been nothing but easy and soothing. Talking to Enfys was so simple, and her warm and encouraging nature easily made the therapy sessions feel like a catch up with a good friend, rather than something to be worried about or an intensive sit down 'fixing' session. Her techniques were fantastic and will stay with me for a long time, as the long term fixes that she promises are truly effective. I was sad to come to an end to my sessions, but being able to was a massive achievement on both of our behalves. Thanks to Enfys, im not just mentally aspirated and healthier, but physically too.

Enfys immediately understood me, and I am endlessly thankful for the impact she has had on my mindset. I’m forever grateful to have found her. Enfys is such a warm, kind and understanding person who you feel comfortable to speak to straight away. It feels like such a safe space. I have been working with Enfys for a few months and she has honestly changed my life for the better. Enfys has made me look at things in a new light which has improved my mental health. Enfys has an amazing and positive outlook on life and has a wide range of knowledge and experience, we have laughed about this in our sessions as it still blows my mind how much she knows! I look forward to our sessions and see them as a weekly reset. I will never forget everything that Enfys has taught me and I look forward to continuing our learning journey in understanding the brain and its crazy ways! Enfys is understanding, supportive and friendly and has the ability to help me with something in a few sentences that might have been bothering me for the week!
