What happens in the sessions?

At the initial session we will discuss what you wish to achieve from the therapy process, and the kind of approach you would feel most comfortable with. I want you to feel comfortable and in control at all times.

I have a friendly informal style, and will do my best to make you feel completely at ease. As we continue through the therapy process you may want to take a practical approach and learn techniques and strategies to help you feel better as quickly as possible, or you might prefer to simply take your time exploring your feelings and working out why you feel the way you do. Whatever approach you wish to take, I'm happy to help you.

Sessions last for 50 minutes each. There's also an option of booking a 'double session' if you'd like to discuss things more in-depth, or if you'd like to include some hypnotherapy.

I realise that first step can be very daunting, but I encourage you to get in touch. Don't suffer in silence - reach out and get the support you need - it might just change your life. For my part, I promise to do my utmost to help make the whole process as smooth as possible.

My personal journey

I specialise in anxiety and anger management because these are issues I've personally struggled with in my life. I understand the enormous negative impact these feelings can have, not just on yourself but on your loved ones.

In my journey to physical and emotional healing, I've encountered many different therapies, both mainstream and alternative. Learning about the incredible healing power of the mind inspired me to become a therapist so I can help others going through these problems.

A little more about me:

Before I became a therapist, I was a professional singer, and also a Yoga teacher. I've been very fortunate to travel extensively during my career, connecting with people all around the world and experiencing many different cultures.

I'm originally from Liverpool, and I now live in Glasgow, Scotland. In my spare time my interests include growing organic veggies, making kombucha, petsitting, and watching vintage movies.
