“Angelina was very receptive and I found I was put at ease and able to talk without judgement. I was able to talk and give the background lore to the situation and reason I sought therapy, and found myself able to drop my mask and speak freely. There was no pressure or negativity while I spoke, even when jumping from subject to subject and going on tangents to get everything I needed to across. “Josephine immediately seemed to understand me and I was instantly comfortable talking to her. In only a couple of sessions I had a feeling of calmness and I really do attribute this to her. “I started seeing Natasha from August 2025 to May 2026. I was struggling postpartum with confidence, anxiety and the change in my identity. From the get go, she was warm and welcoming, listening carefully and providing valuable and empathetic insights. I enjoyed every session that I had with her and have felt the improvement in aspects of my life, relationship and being a new mum. We covered many things in our time and it was great to have her caring and honest perspectives. Unfortunately, I had to stop the sessions due to a change in my financial situation but I hope to pick back up again in the future.
