“Less than Two months ago I started seeing Sue, really not knowing what to expect I walked away from the first session feeling I can do this, two months later I feel like a different person, I did not realise now much pain and anger I was actually feeling, Sue has helped we work though all my issues without having to go into great detail, which is something I was scared of, she has made me realise that I am a good person and it is ok to say no sometimes, I feel more confident in myself and I have found the peace within myself that I have spent my whole life looking for, today I walked in happy and after just eight weeks I know I’m strong enough to deal with whatever life throws at me and I also have the backup if I ever need her in the future, I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs a little help, Thankyou Sue for making me whole again.”

“I've only been for my initial session so far bit Joanne was really approachable and didnt push or try dig information out from me at a pace I was uncomfortable with. If anything it felt more like sitting and chatting with a family member, whilst I provided her with some of the issues at my own pace. The advice she gave to myself and my partner was great and provided us with some coping strategies to use until we delve deeper into the underlying issues. Joanne was always open and made us feel comfortable talking at our own pace. I look forward to workimg with Joanne for the foreseeable future”
