Amy is such a wholehearted therapist. I have worked with many over the years and I can genuinely say she is the most empathic therapist I have yet had the pleasure to meet! Her interpersonal style is very warm and genuine and this is very important not only to feel comfortable and connected in a teamwork space but it really helps soothe the nervous system and create a calmer space for the brain to take on fresh perspectives more fluidly. The models she draws on are evidence based, effective and a really good fit for the challenges of relating to self and other with more attunement and open hearted curiosity. I’ve already been recommending her to a lot of people!
