“I've been working with Mark for over 18 months now & I can honestly say it's changed my life in ways I didn't think were possible at the time. When I first reached out to Mark I was in a terrible place in my life which resulted in me not being able to leave the house due to anxiety and OCD struggles and in a very depressive state. From the first session I just felt like Mark understood me and there was a connection. Yes Mark is extremely friendly, polite, kind and caring as you will read lots throughout his reviews but he also has an amazing ability to get to the route of my problems and challenge me in a way that help's me to rationalize & develop. In essence, he always seems to apply the perfect balance of compassion (Where I lack for myself) and challenge (Where I need to work on things) which has helped me so much. Mark put's so much effort into our sessions which is why the above works so well & I genuinely feel on top of his professional expertise that he cares with a passion for helping people. Often he will reference something discussed (Which may have been as small as a passing comment from myself that he noted down) from maybe 1 month, six months or 12 months ago to help me in the present day which shows his level of effort & dedication. We've achieved so much in our time together to the extent where I can say I don't really recognise the anxious person who couldn't look out the window without being scared. With Mark's support I've been able to make strides in my personal life and my professional live and I can now honestly say I wake up everyday now not worrying about what is ahead, but rather excited for what I can achieve. “I have been having sessions with Esmeralda for two years now and in that time I have grown into a more confident and secure person. Honestly, I actually can’t believe the difference sometimes… especially when I think back to the reasons why I first reached out for therapy. My sessions with Esmeralda have been a safe place for me to talk openly about my deepest and darkest thoughts without any judgement or fear of hurting my loved one’s feelings. And unlike a conversation with a loved one, the conversation has been solely focussed on me which is odd concept when you think about it -because how often do you get to talk unabated for an hour about yourself?
