“Over the last 10 years, I’ve tried just about everything: DBT, CBT, psychiatry, antidepressants, Jungian psychodynamic therapy, meditation, Reiki, shamanic therapy, acupuncture, sound healing, somatic release work, Holotropic breathwork—you name it. These modalities helped me in different ways: I understood my triggers better, improved my mental and physical health, and made progress. But honestly, they never fully got to the root of my issues nor helped me understand how to resolve all my traumas in a holistic way. I was still carrying emotional charges from past traumas and triggers that impacted how I showed up in relationships—with myself and with others. Things were better, but not where I wanted them to be. In October, I attended Paul McKenna’s hypnotherapy and NLP live event. It was great—I felt a shift for about a week—but the effects didn’t last and I understood I had many limiting beliefs I needed to break out of, and stop letting my mind control me. I needed more. I needed a plan to keep moving forward and unblocking myself in a deeper, more consistent way. That’s when I found Francesco. Francesco isn’t just knowledgeable—he lives and breathes this work holistically. Within just two sessions, I felt myself breaking free from the mental loops and emotional baggage that have been weighing me down for years. I’m already letting go of the emotional charges tied to those some of those past traumas, and the book recommendations he gave me have completely shifted my understanding of how to break free from my self-imposed “matrix.” For the first time, I’m genuinely excited about what’s possible. I can see myself moving beyond the limits of my own mind, and I can’t wait for the next sessions. Yes, the therapy is expensive. But honestly? Two sessions with Francesco have been more transformative than 60 sessions with traditional therapy. It’s not even a comparison. If you’re tired of being stuck and you’re ready to approach your healing holistically—and fast—do yourself a favour and book a session with Francesco.
