“I would like to leave a positive review for Dr. Chaudhry. Dr. Chaudhry is a genuinely thoughtful and compassionate counsellor. In our sessions, she listens with full presence and responds with clarity, professionalism, and empathy. Today we discussed some very complex issues involving the Home Office, judicial review, and the difficulties I faced with the CE-filing system. What impressed me most was that she did not dismiss or minimise my experience — instead, she fully understood the emotional impact of being ignored by institutions and validated how unreasonable and overwhelming the situation has been. She also recognised the systemic nature of these problems and agreed that many people in similar situations suffer because the system fails to provide even basic reassurance or communication. “I started my journey with Georgia when I was in the darkest place in my life. I was struggling with severe Anxiety and Panic attacks. I was scared of leaving home, couldn't even go to shops or a café, or take a bus or stand in a queue. I was on sick leave from work and stressed about not being able to go back to work. “My first session with Jayne was great, she was calm and professional and really put me at ease whilst I was talking about some deeply traumatic things. She knew exactly what questions to ask to get to find out more about my problems, she didn't waste time asking me for useless information like some therapists do. She displayed solid knowledge of my various mental illnesses and suggested a plan of action, asking me if I was happy to try what she suggested. “Wow, where to even start. I have had 16 sessions with Enfys and cannot recommend her enough! When I first spoke with Enfys, I was having issues with anxiety, confidence, overthinking and dealing with things from the past. Over our sessions , Enfys did numerous tasks with me and hypnosis to break down everything so i had a better mindset going forward. She listened to everything I talked about and really went into detail with me about how to overcome it. She recommend things to do out of the session which would benefit me, physically and mentally.
