I have been working with Ann Marie for almost 4 years and I can honestly say, I wouldn't be where I am in life today if it wasn't for her professional help and guidance. Through coaching and neuroscience techniques, all of which I was completely new and unfamiliar with, my mind and self have been transformed and my healing journey has been superlative. To anyone reading this and contemplating the idea of therapy, you will be in no safer hands than Ann Marie.

My wife and I were recommended Ann Marie and contacted her for relationship counselling. That's now happening but in tandem with a string of solo sessions which I hadn't anticipated. Ann Marie took control of our situation from the outset, seemed to me to be able to cut through the noise and make immediate and definite decisions about what sort of support she felt I needed as an individual, outside the relationship counselling. This has led to a series of calls, a mixture of therapy, coaching, counselling and hypnosis, which in combination appear to have turned a key in my mind and freed me entirely from a great deal of pain I knew I had inside me but thought I had managed. We aren't even finished - or she says she isn't finished with me - but honestly speaking I am now experiencing a happiness that I don't believe I've ever felt before. She has told me that this change is irreversible and I believe her. We haven't done our marriage counselling properly yet but I have already said to my wife that I feel so totally changed as a person that I have great confidence that our marriage will be vastly improved as a result. Some of the techniques she used with me during hypnosis - in my case in particular the idea of taking the child version of me, placing that child inside me and allowing me permission to love that child - has been in my view a little bit of genius and unlocked something in me that has been totally liberating. I have a level of self belief and love for myself that I haven't ever had, and feel able to be able to reflect that love onto my family and friends, which is incredibly exciting for me. I can't wait to continue our work, am fascinated to see where she takes me next, and can honestly say it's been life changing.
