I did a Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) session with Ann Marie this morning and it was incredible. In 90 mins I let go of burdens that weighted me down for a large part of my life and replaced them with a healthy, supportive way of being. Not only did I recognise unhealthy patterns and their origins, I let them go and transformed them into something that will support me for the rest of my life. Ann-Marie guided me excellently throughout this process, asking questions with intuition and care, opening up a dialogue to go deeper and addressing the root of the habits and behaviours that kept me stuck. I am grateful for this experience and for working together with such an experienced, intuitive and caring therapist like Ann Marie. Thank you forever! I could not recommend this highly enough and I hope to see the RTT sessions changing the lives of others like it did for me.

I have had several sessions with Ann Marie over the last month, including Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) and hypnotherapy. I cannot begin to explain how transformative it has been for me. I am amazed at how I have been able to re-configure and re-frame my thoughts and beliefs over such a short period of time. I have always struggled, both personally and professionally, with self-validation. Through RTT and hypnotherapy, I came to a clear understanding about why this was the case, and was able to turn this around and spin it into something positive. I am extremely grateful to Ann Marie for guiding me to this position of strength and calmness - so much so, rather than think of myself as "then" versus "now", I see myself as "pre" versus "post" Ann Marie!

I've had 3 sessions now with Ann Marie and after each one I've felt in a much better place, more focussed and with lots of ideas, resources and guidance for my reflective work that will help me move forward with my life in a way that I feel comfortable with and more in control. It's exactly what I was looking for, someone that would shine a different light on my situation, pose some challenging questions and make me serious think about things, but also, with the coaching approach, someone who wants to help me grow and develop too as a person. I would not hesitate in recommending Ann Marie to anyone who is considering professional support of this kind.

Ann Marie is an extraordinarily talented therapist. I have had psychotherapy before but have never felt so connected to and had complete trust in a therapist as I do Ann Marie. Having reached a point of breakdown I felt completely at a loss. I have had several sessions now including some hypnotherapy. I was blown away by how I felt after the first hypnotherapy session. Our sessions are flexible in that she is a dynamic therapist that has the ability to use many tools to help in that moment and beyond. Her motivational support between sessions have been a great help in remembering to stay on track with my self care. I would say from my research Ann Marie appears to be more expensive than many others, but I firmly believe it has been an investment in myself, my family and my business and she is worth every penny with experience and knowledge that knows no bounds yet is not intimidating is the slightest. In fact she is a great giggle too! Thank you Ann Marie, I look forward to our continued work and self development.
