“I appreciate that Josephine is able to gently but firmly challenge me on some of my most stubborn thought patterns, and supported me as we unpicked these. She was able to read the weeks when I could be challenged and supportively pushed and take a step back on the weeks when I just needed a good cry! I feel I can be honest during my sessions, when historically during therapy I have slipped into masking or people pleasing tendencies. I always leave with one of her questions or suggestions in my head and coming to me at difficult times. ”

“I recently had a session with Dr Sidra Chaudhry and found the experience genuinely supportive and grounding. I came into the session feeling mentally overwhelmed due to prolonged uncertainty around a complex legal matter that has been ongoing for over a month with no clear progress.
