“I recently had a session with Dr Sidra Chaudhry and found the experience genuinely supportive and grounding. I came into the session feeling mentally overwhelmed due to prolonged uncertainty around a complex legal matter that has been ongoing for over a month with no clear progress. I also discussed a distressing incident involving being attacked by a stray cat and the steps I took in reporting it, which added another layer of stress and frustration. “Francesco is a person with whom I started my therapy and mental health journey. I came to him with depression, anger and family-related issues, and all of these are gone/within control in my life as of now. His methods work magic, and these are not just "one-off" solutions: he gave me long-lasting tools to deal with my emotions and problems. I felt that Francesco cared a lot about every session we had (with many of them >1.5 hours long), being very attentive and engaged.
