Constance is a kind and thoughtful therapist. She is trauma informed, empathetic and clearly knowledgeable about neurodivergence and the impact that can have on how emotions are processed. I saw Constance for around 6 months, and she was a lifeline during one of the most turbulent times of my life. She helped shine a light on some of my patterns and encouraged me to have trust in myself, a development I will carry forward with me. It was a pleasure working with Constance, and I would recommend her to anyone in need of a safe space to unpack their feelings with sensitivity and compassion.
