In reflecting on my array of experiences working with various therapists in the past, my session with Haya was uniquely effective. She expertly facilitated the session, holding space during the session that allowed me to navigate through discussions of experiences from one of the most challenging and distressing periods of my life with ease, comfort, clarity, and openness. Her reflective advice provided on self-compassion, breathing exercises, and creativity was practical and immediately impactful, directly and proficiently contributing to a resolution of my immediate sense of distress stemming from my experiences and significantly enhancing my confidence, reducing my sense of self-consciousness, and improving my sense of emotional wellbeing. I have of issues I am dealing with, emotional, cultural and financial, I never thought a therapist would understand all my problems. However, Haya completely understands and provides a safe environment for me to talk and tackle my life problems.
