“As of writing this review, I have had 15 sessions with Joe. Talking with Joe has had a hugely positive impact on my life. He is very considerate, a fantastic listener, fully understanding and non-judgemental. During the 15 sessions we have worked through a number of topics, including family, alcohol, relationships, meaning of life, day-to-day mood and overall life perspective. I particularly enjoy the way that Joe lets me discover solutions for myself, by asking how I feel and digging deeper into topics. Uncovering how I really felt, led me to find the answer to problems that I was facing. Giving his opinion when asked, but not straight away has been a great benefit. He also has tasks and infosheets to offer outside of session thought. I found these helpful. We've established personal values along with action pillars that now give my life and day-to-day a sense of meaning and guidance. Putting these into practice has taken me from feeling very down and hopeless about the future to a consistent state control and contentment. This has lead me to uncovering what I value in life and doing more of that. Leading to direction and clear actions that bring me more satisfaction, joy, happiness, and clarity. Doing therapy with Joe has been a huge turning point in my life. I would thoroughly recommend it. ”
