“I would like to leave a positive review for Dr. Chaudhry. Dr. Chaudhry is a genuinely thoughtful and compassionate counsellor. In our sessions, she listens with full presence and responds with clarity, professionalism, and empathy. Today we discussed some very complex issues involving the Home Office, judicial review, and the difficulties I faced with the CE-filing system. What impressed me most was that she did not dismiss or minimise my experience — instead, she fully understood the emotional impact of being ignored by institutions and validated how unreasonable and overwhelming the situation has been. She also recognised the systemic nature of these problems and agreed that many people in similar situations suffer because the system fails to provide even basic reassurance or communication. Her understanding, insight, and non-judgmental support made me feel seen and respected. I am grateful for her professionalism, her kindness, and her willingness to understand the deeper context behind my stress. “I have seen Steve for psychotherapy sessions to help manage my anxiety and more recently my recent diagnosis with ADHD. Steve is extremely knowledgeable on the technical, biochemical and other drivers of my anxiety and in our sessions he is able to explain how my body and brain work, whilst also linking this to my real world experiences. I have found Steve's therapy style to help me process my anxiety and understand why I feel this way, ultimately helping me to mitigate how anxiety impacts on my life. More recently, since my ADHD diagnosis, Steve has supported me in accessing my ADHD medication. The medication process is quite complex, given ADHD stimulants are controlled drugs in the UK, but Steve helped keep me resilient despite the complexity and I am now very happy to be trying medication. Unlike other psychotherapists his support outside of sessions has been great, especially helpful when you are going through changes or other factors that impact adversely on your mental health. I would recommend Steve to anyone seeking mental health support. ”

“Franka is amazing. She allows me to ponder on key issues. She repeats what I have said back to me and I can hear how ridiculous/disjointed my thought patterns are! Her quiet, calm and compassionate manner have enabled me to be more gentle with myself and to be aware of how to recognise abusive behaviours from others and also how I am abusive to myself! My self-esteem has improved markedly to such an extent that I have now secured a consultant position since seeing Franka. I still pinch myself that this has happened! I whole-heartedly recommend her if you are not sure which therapist to choose from the plethora of available therapists. ”
“Floyd is an excellent listener and communicator. His ability to map out my past and fully understand my story like it was his own is a great skill, this meant that I saw results from our first session as he was quick to understand my own mind as well as I do. I will certainly use Floyd over other therapists on this platform as he is far easier to get along with and work with that others I have tried, not to mention he is only charging £50 a session compared to others who are charging £80+.. I found with therapists who charge £50 or less aren't as good or don't have as much experience but with Floyd this really isn't the case. ”
