“I appreciate that Josephine is able to gently but firmly challenge me on some of my most stubborn thought patterns, and supported me as we unpicked these. She was able to read the weeks when I could be challenged and supportively pushed and take a step back on the weeks when I just needed a good cry! I feel I can be honest during my sessions, when historically during therapy I have slipped into masking or people pleasing tendencies. I always leave with one of her questions or suggestions in my head and coming to me at difficult times. ”

“I recently had a session with Dr Sidra Chaudhry and found the experience genuinely supportive and grounding. I came into the session feeling mentally overwhelmed due to prolonged uncertainty around a complex legal matter that has been ongoing for over a month with no clear progress. The sense of “being stuck” and waiting without movement had started to weigh heavily on me. I also discussed a distressing incident involving being attacked by a stray cat and the steps I took in reporting it, which added another layer of stress and frustration. She did not minimise my concerns, nor did she amplify them — instead, she helped me separate what was within my control from what was not. That clarity was extremely helpful. I left the session feeling more regulated, less reactive, and with a clearer sense of emotional boundaries. “I've been coming to Alex for almost a year now, after previously seeing several therapists who were unable to really help me with my problems (mainly depersonalisation and anxiety). He has been a lifeline for me during some of the hardest periods of my life. I come out of every one of our sessions feeling refreshed and renewed. Alex truly treats you as an individual; he listens intently and always makes sure he understands exactly what I'm trying to tell him and he shows me genuine compassion and care. “Melissa is such an insightful, relatable and down to earth therapist. I'm blown away every session by the sheer amount of personal and proffessional experience she has and how she can identify connections that I never knew were present. I've had therapy and counselling from several other professionals but Melissa stands head and shoulders above the rest with the CBT therapy she was able to for my issues with anger and emotional regulation. Since then I've learned so much about myself and the nature of my relationships with friends and family. I feel so well equipped now to be a much more well adjusted husband and father and yet I still look forward to each call with her 4 months later.
