“I am not someone who usually writes reviews but I had to write this one -Just started for 2024, and as a first time therapy goer… she straight away made me feel at ease! Only a few sessions in, she’s unwrapping a lot and giving great advice personally and career focussed. She is really easy to talk to, suggested some really helpful next steps. “Ian is a brilliant therapist, as someone with BPD, I struggle with emotional highs and lows, I find that Ian is extremely skilled at taking the volatility out of my emotions and being able rationalise my thinking in a way that doesn’t make me feel like an out of control freight train. He is personable, empathetic and listens closely, all of which are characteristics of a great therapist. I highly recommend therapy with Ian if you are looking to get to understand and/or improve your current mindset and gain insight into what you’re thinking/feeling with someone who is an expert at what they do. ”
