“I've been coming to Alex for almost a year now, after previously seeing several therapists who were unable to really help me with my problems (mainly depersonalisation and anxiety). He has been a lifeline for me during some of the hardest periods of my life. I come out of every one of our sessions feeling refreshed and renewed. Alex truly treats you as an individual; he listens intently and always makes sure he understands exactly what I'm trying to tell him and he shows me genuine compassion and care.
