“Lorraine helped me through a challenging period while I was dealing with bereavement and issues in the workplace. We quickly built a good rapport and understanding over weekly online sessions. “I was very wary of therapy before meeting Thelm. She has such a great approach, she allows you to work things out in your own time and makes you feel relaxed and safe to explore what you need to discuss. There is no feeling of pressure and its like talking to a friend. I've had about 6 sessions so far and I feel so much more aware of myself. Everyone should have a 'Thelm' in their life. We all need time to talk things out and she allows me to do this without judgement, just kindness. I know that I have already moved a long way from where I was before i started.
