“I have been seeing Rebecca since November 2023, almost 8 months now. I felt so nervous on my first session, I knew for a few months before reaching out to Rebecca that I needed to start therapy again. I had made peace with that part. But addressing my problems always followed me with fear. Rebecca made me feel so welcomed from my first email I had with her and on my first one to one in person meeting with her. It went a lot better then I had built up in my mind. She made me feel really safe and comfortable and I felt she really listened to every word I had to say and gave me in return sympathy and an understanding to what I was going through. I’ve struggled to stay with previous therapist in the past because I never felt heard or listened to, I just very quickly labelled as something and dismissed but I don’t with Rebecca, she really engages in our conversations, I know she listens because she repeats information I’ve said from different appointments with her, that I forget at times I’ve said! And I really like that she challenges my thoughts by asking questions and showing a curiosity in them. It helps me think outside of the box I’ve created for myself and opens my mind up in a positive way, which feels really refreshing. My time spent with her has been incredibly rewarding, and her advice and help has been really great and I use it in my everyday life. Communication with Rebecca outside of therapy when organising appointments is very easy and she has always replied back very quickly. I would highly recommend her and her service! ”
