“I have personally never been to a therapy session before until now, and having been an advocate for it I am very happy that I did. Francesca immediately made me feel very comfortable and happy to talk through the situation, the confusion, and many different emotions I was feeling at the time of each session. Her approach is to listen, drop thoughts and questions in where appropriate but otherwise let you work through things and just help guide you towards your own clarity and conclusion. I think it's very important, given how vulnerable you are during these sessions, that you feel completely comfortable to open up in front of a stranger and I felt that immediately with Francesca. She has made a big difference to how I have coped with some very big changes, situations and emotions in my life recently and the sessions have been so valuable to literally just sit and verbalise my experiences and what has been in my head. This has allowed me to really process things in a much healthier way which really has been a huge help and I am continuing to see her on a regular basis - I feel like this would likely be an important part moving forward even once I have gotten through this period of change. I can't thank Francesca enough and I also can't recommend her enough.
