“I would like to leave a positive review for Dr. Chaudhry. Dr. Chaudhry is a genuinely thoughtful and compassionate counsellor. In our sessions, she listens with full presence and responds with clarity, professionalism, and empathy. Today we discussed some very complex issues involving the Home Office, judicial review, and the difficulties I faced with the CE-filing system. What impressed me most was that she did not dismiss or minimise my experience — instead, she fully understood the emotional impact of being ignored by institutions and validated how unreasonable and overwhelming the situation has been. She also recognised the systemic nature of these problems and agreed that many people in similar situations suffer because the system fails to provide even basic reassurance or communication. Her understanding, insight, and non-judgmental support made me feel seen and respected. I am grateful for her professionalism, her kindness, and her willingness to understand the deeper context behind my stress. “I've seen Mark for over a year, and he's hands down the best therapist I've seen. My issues include burnout/chronic stress, anxiety, depression and ADHD. I've been in therapy on-and-off for many years, and various medications. Moreover, I've got a psychology degree myself and have a deep understanding of my own problems. CBT is not effective for me, and I was clear on what type of therapy that I responded best to, and Mark took on the style of councelling that I felt have helped me extremely well. He's been extremely compassionate, empathic, warm and easy to speak to - yet, also gently challenging me and prompting me, as well as giving very valuable insights into my issues. I'm certainly a much happier and more stable person, with his help, and I really look forward to returning as a client once I have the means to do so. He's been accomodating of rebookings and unlike basically any therapist I've seen previously, I was always looking Forward to our sessions, as opposed to dreading them. Truly a gem of a councellor and human being - 10/10.”
