I felt that I may have been better referred to a therapist more suited to my individual needs. While Eva is attentive and approaches sessions thoughtfully, a clear roadmap or path to recovery never really materialised for me. I needed more structure and direction in the sessions. At times I felt I was doing most of the talking without getting enough guidance back, and the lack of continuity made it hard to build on previous sessions. I also found it burdensome to keep track of where I was between appointments, which added to my ambivalence about continuing.

I was very nervous before my first session with Eva, but she was incredibly empathetic and immediately put me at ease. I feel genuinely hopeful about continuing therapy with her.
