“I've been coming to Alex for almost a year now, after previously seeing several therapists who were unable to really help me with my problems (mainly depersonalisation and anxiety). He has been a lifeline for me during some of the hardest periods of my life. I come out of every one of our sessions feeling refreshed and renewed. Alex truly treats you as an individual; he listens intently and always makes sure he understands exactly what I'm trying to tell him and he shows me genuine compassion and care. “Melissa is such an insightful, relatable and down to earth therapist. I'm blown away every session by the sheer amount of personal and proffessional experience she has and how she can identify connections that I never knew were present. I've had therapy and counselling from several other professionals but Melissa stands head and shoulders above the rest with the CBT therapy she was able to for my issues with anger and emotional regulation. Since then I've learned so much about myself and the nature of my relationships with friends and family. “Sue, is incredibly thoughtful in her approach to therapy. Her focus is clear and concise which helped me drown out the noise and remove prior "blueprints" from my mind. I've struggled to find a therapist that suits me and have often gone in and out as they seem to often miss on details and lack attention on specifics which is quite jarring when you're in a vulnerable state. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a diligent, focussed and non-judgemental therapist. ”

“I started my journey with Georgia when I was in the darkest place in my life. I was struggling with severe Anxiety and Panic attacks. I was scared of leaving home, couldn't even go to shops or a café, or take a bus or stand in a queue. I was on sick leave from work and stressed about not being able to go back to work. I was desperately looking for help, someone who could show me a way out of that darkness. I found her profile on here, Harley Therapy platform, and requested for an appointment. For almost 3 months I had intense CBT therapy with Georgia, took baby steps and today that I am writing this review, I am just back from the gym. Now I am able to sit comfortably in a bus and go to London Bridge, Trafalgar Sq, British Museum, and any places I want. I am able to take tube and trains to some destinations. I am back to work and work full time. I am happy and grateful for the support I received from her, techniques she taught me and how she encouraged me to challenge my fears and overcome them. Georgia is very kind and calm, she let you be yourself, she doesn't judge you and listens to you with all her heart and helps you to find the light in the darkness. ”
