Thank you for sharing your experience. I'm deeply sorry to hear about the distressing incident and that you felt unsupported during our last session. I genuinely value the two years we worked together, and it saddens me to learn that you left in tears and felt so dissatisfied that you amended your previous 5-star review. I delayed my response to this review as I hoped to contact you directly to rectify the situation and ensure you felt heard and satisfied with my service.
I strive to provide the best support and care to all my clients. The timing of your return to the call was unfortunate, as you rejoined exactly when we were due to finish and I
had waited patiently for 15 minutes while you were with the doctor. Unfortunately, I couldn't extend our session as another client was waiting and extending your session would cut into their time. I apologise if it seemed I wasn't prioritising your needs, and I understand how it could be perceived that way.
Your feedback is important to me, and I am committed to learning from this to better support my clients. Your well-being is my top priority.
Best wishes for your future,
Mark
