“I started working with Josephine after the stress from my job resulted in burn out and problems with anxiety. I had never done therapy before, but I knew I needed a therapist who would not only be a listening ear but give me real practical help to overcome my problems and Josephine did exactly that. I found the methods Josephine taught me to be very helpful and effective in real life situations. She challenged my anxious thought patterns and helped me to see things from a different perspective. Josephine is very personable, I felt at ease straight away and completely comfortable discussing things with her. She is a fantastic therapist who really helps to solve your problems, not just listen to them. “When I first reached out to Sarah, I was at such a low point in my life. It seemed I had to hit rock bottom before I decided to get help. Looking back now, it was the lowest point I'd experienced in a decade. My partner could no longer handle the rage I carried with me and our relationship was deteriorating, my normal tactics to stay emotionally afloat had stopped working. My past trauma, that stuck to me for years, had reached its pinnacle and I was done with it. When my transformative sessions with Sarah began, it felt like the first time I'd ever been properly heard and understood by someone.
