“I've been attending sessions with Joe since September last year. I was very lucky to stumble upon him on this site, coincidently after only our second session I happened to be mentally at the worst point in my life, feeling very depressed and anxious. This was during the latter part of my university course where everything seemed to be going wrong and I was putting myself under a lot of pressure at University and just life in general. Thanks to Joe I was able to slowly build myself back up again, he gave me the strength to make the right choices in life that I believed were right for me. Not the choices I felt my parents or other people believed were right. Joe gave me the confidence to not let my anxiety get the better of me, now I am at a point where since December I am the happiest I have been my entire life, as a consequence I feel I've become a better man for my partner and a friend that's always positive and content.
