I don't normally write reviews (this is actually my first one ever on any website!) but I felt inclined to do so as Lesley has been absolutely fantastic to work with the past few months and it felt like a bit of a crime not to share that! The sessions are very insightful and well-structured and I come away from each one with new perspectives about myself and a better understanding of how to approach situations differently to achieve better outcomes. Our sessions don't feel clinical at all; Lesley is approachable and down-to-earth and makes me feel very comfortable discussing parts of my life that I don't share with anyone else. I am seeing really tangible improvements in my relationships, career and personal life - I honestly never knew therapy could be so effective and I look forward to continue making progress with her support!
