Wonderful session and very helpful
This was my first Therapy session, so I was naturally a little nervous. Emma was really easy to talk to, put me at ease and I felt like I was understood. I've booked in a 2nd session.
Emma really helped me to deal with a few issues, the biggest one being unhealthy eating habits. One of our sessions included an NLP hypnosis session where Emma helped me to let go of my chocolate...
