“Sue has changed my life! She is the first therapist I have ever had and I recommend her to anyone who is looking for a calm, patient and professional therapist. I was in a bad place after leaving University two years ago, with an unstable state of mind and desperately needed help, so I gave therapy a try. Luckily I found Sue! She is very easy to talk to, is very friendly, humorous and truly listens to your concerns. Having therapy with her weekly for the past 3 months has allowed me to get back on my feet to pursue my goals and face challenges that I thought I would never be able to do. For the past few years I struggled with anxiety and depression. I also had the worst sleeping pattern and had no motivation to do normal everyday tasks. On top of my struggles at home, I also had social anxiety and lacked confidence and was afraid of being out in public or even having conversations with others.
