She skillfully elicited a lot information on the major issues I wish to address in therapy and gently suggested how some of these might be categorised in clinical terms without making any dogmatic assertions. As a consequence, I felt that I was being listened to as a whole person rather than being assigned to particular theoretical boxes. Katrina also put me in the driving seat when it came to deciding which style of therapy would suit me best, frequency of sessions, 'homework' etc. So far, I am very happy with my choice and am looking forward to getting started with therapy in the next couple of weeks.”

“Ch’maine was great. Being my first session, naturally I was really nervous but she sensed this straight away and she honestly made me feel so comfortable. I cried, I laughed and I spoke freely all without judgment and complete understanding. I wanted to stay for hours and talk all evening! Really looking forward to my next session, it’s great to be able to talk to someone third party unbiased with the tips tools to help me see issues from another point of view.”

“I contacted Joe when I was at total rock bottom with anxiety. In the space of a few weeks, we have built a toolkit to help me deal with and manage the anxiety.
