“I’m incredibly grateful to Josephine for the support she has given me through a particularly difficult period of low mood and significant anxiety. When I first started our sessions, I was in a place of real distress, and I honestly feel that I am now in a very different place because of the work we have done together. Josephine is incredibly compassionate and consistent, but also knows when to challenge my ways of thinking, which I have found particularly valuable. She has given me so many practical resources and techniques that I can continue to use outside of our sessions. We have talked about a huge range of things, from immediate worries and challenges to experiences from much further back in my life. I have always felt completely comfortable being open with her. She is knowledgeable, patient and genuinely non-judgemental, and I have never felt that anything I brought to a session was too small, insignificant or “silly” to discuss.
