“I've had multiple sessions with Joe now and couldn't rate him highly enough. He has helped me with a complex issue which I have struggled with for many years of my life. I have been back and forth to numerous therapists in the past without much success. This time with Joe's expert support and guidance I have moved past this issue and now feel like I'm finally in the process of healing. I have previously had experience in the mental health industry and have found Joe to perform in an extremely professional manner. He has a great way of putting you at ease even after my very first session with him all the way up until today. His non judgmental and empathetic approach combined with some great solution focused strategies have allowed me to gain control of my thoughts and emotions again. “I completed my first session with Natalia. She was very good at making me feel comfortable, she allowed me to talk about the issues I wanted to resolve, with active listening and empathy. She also asked me questions which prompted me to speak further about my experiences. We talked about the main points i want to address in one session with out feeling like she was in a rush. She also was not pushy for me to book more slots and her approach felt very person centred. She stated to me what she felt she could offer to support me, and has given me space to get back to her when I'm ready. On first impressions I would recommend. ”
