Thank you for taking the time out to talk to me Dilek. I'm not too sure what to expect in a first therapy session and think that we would've covered more topics if it was over the phone or face-to-face, as I think typing messages might be a bit too time consuming. I'm very keen to start to work on my issues but don't think I am getting the most out of my sessions through whatsapp, and am concerned it will end up being to costly. I think I will talk to my gp first about my concerns and will then reflect to see if this is the right choice for me.
