“The sessions with Sam truly changed my life (I mean this in the least cliché way possible)! It was my first CBT therapy and even though I have a Master of Clinical Psychology myself I was still suspicious as to how I could really apply it to my own issues in life. I struggled with depression and anxiety for two years before I was able to identify it in myself and took action. I can't stress enough how grateful I am to Sam and her incredibly powerful techniques against rigid beliefs, unwanted thoughts and feelings, relationship issues, body dysmorphia, inner critique, and other nervous system whims... I came to her only a few months ago with a desperate need of regaining control on my own life and after only a couple of sessions I felt a positive shift in my moods and behaviours, which was also noticeable to my partner. The journey isn't linear and Sam has been really patient with my ups and downs. But now I feel I am strong enough to sail through life on my own, which is a huge achievement! Knowing Sam is never too far in case something else comes up or if I simply need a little reminder is also a great relief. I now have no hesitation anymore in regards to the unquestionable efficiency of CBT and I highly recommend anyone with similar struggles to get started with Sam. She makes it so simple to understand and practice, goes above and beyond to offer the best tools, she truly listens to what is shared in therapy and only what is shared in therapy (no assumptions, no unnecessary dig into the past, only being in the here and now and finding successful ways to make it a lot more enjoyable).
