Louise's easy demeanour and excellent listening skills made her easy to talk to and confide in. I am looking forward to future appointments to uncover more truths and working toward a fulfilling...
Warm, welcoming and wonderful.
I have found Louise very good, and helpful.
Sadly not impressed. Left with nothing other than recommendation that my bf and have a chat. Superficial analysis and felt like we were talking to someone off the street, not a trained therapist....

I am sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with our initial session. The first session is, as I expressed, an assessment, which means gathering information, considering safeguarding concerns and listening effectively to understand the clients’ needs and goals for therapy. As a result, as I found in our session, a great deal was ‘unpacked‘ and is yet to be explored and resolved. In subsequent sessions, therapist input involves effective observation, intervention and reflection. I wonder if our expectations of this initial session were unfortunately not aligned? Also, I have a different perspective on what was communicated in our session and I agree entirely with you that judgement is neither helpful or ethical in a therapeutic setting. That said, I acknowledge your experience of the session and will reflect on your feedback.
