“Francesco is a person with whom I started my therapy and mental health journey. I came to him with depression, anger and family-related issues, and all of these are gone/within control in my life as of now. His methods work magic, and these are not just "one-off" solutions: he gave me long-lasting tools to deal with my emotions and problems. I felt that Francesco cared a lot about every session we had (with many of them >1.5 hours long), being very attentive and engaged. He also offers to reach out to him outside of sessions, which I found tremendously helpful in difficult periods. Francesco also helped me to start my mental health journey: it is now a very important topic in my life thanks to his recommendations on books, meditations and more.
