“Where to begin… I have had over 20 sessions with Raquel since starting my therapy journey and I honestly would not see myself continuing this journey with anyone else. She really is the best. I personally like the style of her sessions, as she prompts you to lead the sessions, allowing you to express anything on your mind, listening and adding her professional opinion which has really helped me to see things from a different perspective.
