“Joe is a fantastic therapist that I've been working with for a while now. He has been a huge help for me during my recovery alongside addressing trauma from my childhood and teen years. I find our weekly sessions really beneficial, especially as he has provided me with multiple tools of how to address certain issues in my life. He gives me plenty of time in our sessions to talk about anything that's on my mind, and never makes me feel rushed. “My partner and I had our first ever couple’s session with Kim and we came away feeling really hopeful with different and more compassionate way of looking at our issues. Kim asked us both really thought-provoking questions which really resonated with us and it felt very balanced, with both of us being able to share our experiences equally. She also shared a framework for the kind of things we would be working on in future sessions. She’ sent us some really useful handouts after the session and things to be getting on with to begin working on our issues. Kim is very warm and empathetic but also highly professional. We were both able to open up to her and we felt really guided and supported during our session. Highly recommended! ”
