She was able to read the weeks when I could be challenged and supportively pushed and take a step back on the weeks when I just needed a good cry! I feel I can be honest during my sessions, when historically during therapy I have slipped into masking or people pleasing tendencies. “I recently had a session with Dr Sidra Chaudhry and found the experience genuinely supportive and grounding. I came into the session feeling mentally overwhelmed due to prolonged uncertainty around a complex legal matter that has been ongoing for over a month with no clear progress.
