“I am so thankful for my time with Amy. You'll see from other reviews here that she is kind, empathetic and non-judgmental. The most amazing thing about Amy is that she will help you to approach your internal system with that same kindness. We all just want our issues to go away, right? No surprise that distracting yourself from negative emotions does not help you to work through them. My partner and I were trapped in a vicious cycle that almost ended our relationship. Working with Amy allowed me to identify those negative patterns and approach them with kindness. She helped me to speak to parts of myself that I didn't know were there and that in and of itself was mind-blowing. I used to think that I knew myself, but it's a journey. Thanks to Amy, I'm so much better equipped to deal with anxieties in myself and my relationships. I felt that I could be my authentic self with her and that she was genuinely rooting for my success. She's a fantastic therapist.”

“I started working with Josephine after the stress from my job resulted in burn out and problems with anxiety. I had never done therapy before, but I knew I needed a therapist who would not only be a listening ear but give me real practical help to overcome my problems and Josephine did exactly that. I found the methods Josephine taught me to be very helpful and effective in real life situations. She challenged my anxious thought patterns and helped me to see things from a different perspective. Josephine is very personable, I felt at ease straight away and completely comfortable discussing things with her. She is a fantastic therapist who really helps to solve your problems, not just listen to them.
