“Right from the first session with Jason he put me at ease and began to work with me to find the reasons for my anxieties. Jason helped me to look at my past differently and to better understand why I am feeling the way I do. My anxieties have reduced and when i do start to feel anxious i have ways to help live along side them. I have found Jason to be kind, calm and non-judgemental.
