“I was initially very skeptical of therapy until I felt the need to delve deeper into the underlying issues that started surfacing in my everyday life. Throughout our sessions, Jason has been a great listener and managed to create an extremely safe and supportive environment where I felt I could comfortably share and be vulnerable.
