“I started working with Josephine after the stress from my job resulted in burn out and problems with anxiety. I had never done therapy before, but I knew I needed a therapist who would not only be a listening ear but give me real practical help to overcome my problems and Josephine did exactly that. I found the methods Josephine taught me to be very helpful and effective in real life situations. She challenged my anxious thought patterns and helped me to see things from a different perspective. Josephine is very personable, I felt at ease straight away and completely comfortable discussing things with her. She is a fantastic therapist who really helps to solve your problems, not just listen to them.
