“Lilia has been excellent. She has the patience to fully grasp the issues I've faced and takes her time at the beginning of the sessions to build up an acute understanding of them, asking short prompting questions early on to get a feel for the dilemmas which allow me to express my emotions. On top of that, though, she's also given me good, specific practical advice. There's one course of action that I've taken to deal with one particular situation that I wouldn't have taken had I not spoken to Lilia and it's really helped me move on in the way I wanted. Sometimes suggesting quality solutions, other times guiding and helping me to find them by myself - I couldn't recommend Lilia highly enough.”
