Josephine was so lovely and I really felt like I could open up to her about things I hadn’t ever talked about. She was reassuring constantly and I never felt like I was being judged or “assessed”. I also felt like the session was led by me and what I wanted to talk about instead of just purely CBT (which is what I had in the past) Although we did do some CBT I didn’t feel constricted to just talk about that and I could actually just speak freely and honestly in a space that felt safe!
