“I started working with Josephine after the stress from my job resulted in burn out and problems with anxiety. I had never done therapy before, but I knew I needed a therapist who would not only be a listening ear but give me real practical help to overcome my problems and Josephine did exactly that. I found the methods Josephine taught me to be very helpful and effective in real life situations. She challenged my anxious thought patterns and helped me to see things from a different perspective. Josephine is very personable, I felt at ease straight away and completely comfortable discussing things with her. She is a fantastic therapist who really helps to solve your problems, not just listen to them. I hope to never need her services again but if I do, I wouldn't hesitate to book in with her and would highly recommend!”

“Gosia has been really helpful and validating throughout this whole experience. We are on our 5th session and have already developed tools to help us manage some of the situations we needed to work on. Gosia comes from a very honest place and has examples of her own which makes it much easier to be open and vulnerable.
